I use this when I sleep on my side and it is soft enough where my nervous system can relax into it, but it's firm enough where my shoulders and neck aren't being compromised. I LOVE this pillow. So glad I found it.

I’ve been looking for a pillow like this for years it’s firm enough for me ( a side sleeper) without stacking pillows

Awesome Pillow Review

Pillow is awesome. I have degenerative Arthritis of my neck. I have not found a pillow that doesn’t affect me overnight until I used your pillow. I have just purchased one for my Wife since she tried it one night and loves it also. She has bulging disc in her neck and this is awesome for her also.
It was recommended by my chiropractor who also uses one. Her husband is a chiropractor also and both use it.
I like mine best with the blue insert removed.
