AlignaPillow 30-Day Trial Return Policy

We want you to love your AlignaPillow and wake up pain-free every morning. That’s why we offer a 30-day trial period for you to test the pillow and experience the difference.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your AlignaPillow, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Here’s how it works:

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our Customer Service team at info@alignasleep.com with your order details to start the return process.

We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please ensure the pillow is returned in its original packaging or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking, as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Refund Details:

Once we receive the returned pillow in good condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process after the return is received.
